To change your number in our system, please create a new ticket (or click on the "No" response below this article) and share with us both:

- your old number

- your new number

Keep in mind that we can only change your number if both these numbers belong to the same country and network provider. Kindly note that it is also possible to transfer the balance from your existing account to a newly registered one, in case you're unable to have the number changed (swap the numbers, keeping the same account).
